INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. The purpose of this exam is to simulate a secure testing environment throughout the entire Mock Exam.  Be sure to follow instructions provided in the video startup sequence.
  2. Review the “Respondus Lockdown Browser and Respondus Monitor” videos and documents under the “Student Orientation” module.
  3. Ensure your workstation meets the following system requirements:
  • Windows: 10, 8, 7
  • Mac: OS X 10.10 or higher
  • Adobe Flash Player (bundled with the LockDown Browser installation)
  • A broadband internet connection
  • Web camera (external) & microphone. Students may not use an integrated laptop camera for proctoring.
  1. Install “Respondus Lockdown Browser” here:  https://www.respondus.com/lockdown/download.php?id=355116900 
  2. Complete the steps in the SHRP Respondus Monitor Student Guide 30 minutes prior to the start of the test.
  3. The emergency contact number for technical difficulties is 601-984-6305.  Technical support will be provided between 8:30 am and 8:00 pm CDT on the scheduled day of the exam.
